By participating in gaming activities at Seneca Niagara Resort Casino, the Member confirms that they are at least 19 years old and have provided valid identification to support their age.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Membership is available on a voluntary basis for those who meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Membership benefits may be terminated or modified by Seneca Niagara Resort Casino, without prior notice.
DEPOSIT LIMITS
To promote responsible gaming, Seneca Niagara Resort Casino has established daily deposit limits ranging from $25 to $10,000 CAD for standard Members and increasing to $10,000 CAD for Gold tier and above. Members can request lower or higher limit adjustments through designated Responsible Gaming tools.
WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
Seneca Niagara Resort Casino maintains withdrawal limits of up to $3,000 CAD daily and $15,000 CAD weekly for standard Members. Higher-tier Members enjoy increased limits of up to $25,000 CAD daily. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding $10,000 CAD.
GAMING TERMS
Promotional free play is subject to a one-time wagering requirement on slot machines exclusively and a maximum bet limit of $25 CAD per spin during bonus periods. Table games and progressive jackpots are excluded from promotional credits.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Accounts may be restricted for Members under 19 years old, self-excluded individuals, those with outstanding gaming debts or suspected fraudulent activity, or any other circumstances deemed necessary to protect the interests of Seneca Niagara Resort Casino.
RESIDENTIAL RULES

Seneca Niagara Resort Casino values respect and courtesy among all guests. Members are expected to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and refrain from engaging in conduct that disrupts the enjoyment of other patrons, causes harm to themselves or others, or compromises gaming integrity.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Seneca Niagara Resort Casino reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Members.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising from or related to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ontario laws, specifically those pertaining to gaming activities conducted within the province.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute a complete agreement between Seneca Niagara Resort Casino and each Member participating in gaming activities at the property.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Seneca Niagara Resort Casino is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by Members as a result of participation in gaming activities, including but not limited to loss of winnings, damage to personal belongings, or physical harm suffered during events organized on-site.
BINDING EFFECT
By participating in Seneca Niagara Resort Casino's gaming activities and accepting the terms outlined above, each Member acknowledges their understanding and agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
